Windows Blinds help

Hi

I (re)installed Windows Blinds today, so I can get some themes for my PC, but I have a problem, I need to close down a process at Task Manager in order to the skin load, cuz if I don't shut off that process, it changes to Windows Classic theme, and I don't remember which process needs to be closed down!

Can someone help me please?

Reminder : Most Skins dont even need windows Blinds...
U can try to find skins without.... Windows MCE and VTP dont require windows blinds... I dont know wich theme u are looking for.
