The Rockstars Clan ([R*] or [Rstar]) is an elite clan, that is only accepting applications of players with high standards of rolepaying. They are famous for their legendary community leaders, roleplayers, moviemakers, scripters and administrators. The Rockstars Clan is the main leading part of Argonath RPG. Most of the community leaders have their roots from the [R*] clan and so this has become one of the most elite clans in the Argonath Community.

It's appearance ranges from the atmospherical streets of Vice City, the huge and dusty streets of San Andreas and the criminal filled streets of Liberty City to any other locations in the gaming world. Do you see any of our members on the server, then you are guaranteerd of an event, a shootout, a massive roleplay or an organized police patrol. They are constantly searching for new oppertunities to encourage roleplay and friendship.

[R*] has started from =Mightiest Swedes= (-MS-), the first clan that suggested to open RPG server in MTA. The first name of [R*] was =Mightiest Swedes=. =MS= was founded by the co-leader, -MS-Servius, and was opened not only for Swedish players. =MS= was the first roleplaying MTA clan. For two years this clan was working on AB untill they accepted administrators that were not from the AB. Without organization in the admin staff, almost all =MS= members left AB...

The =Mightiest Swedes= clan has changed the name from =Mightiest Swedes= to =MTA Stars= as the clan was no longer Swedish but international. This was approved by former leader Tekken and co-leaders Ron and Agent. In the summer of 2006, =MTA Stars= clan, as the best RPG clan was invited to rule the new RPG server: Argonath RPG. On September 11th 2006, the =MTA Stars= clan removed the leader's rights from =MS=Tekken and set the new clan leader: =MS=Ronnel. =MS=Tekken resigned from the =MS=clan officially.

At the beginning of 2007 there were some discussions. This never was about the existence of the clan, as it was very alive and they were very proud of al their members. What they were discussing was the name and the tags of =MTA Stars=. It was weird to see the name 'MTA Stars' on a SA-MP server. After a poll of their Co-Leader RON it was clear that a majority of our members supported the idea of leaving the past behind them, and make the clan ready for the future. This has resulted in a name and tag change.

As the famous quote from the 4th of March, 2007 says:

From today on we will change our tags to [R*] and use them in all games.

Applications for the clan are partially open. We want to keep the clan as elite as possible and thats why we open our applications for short periods of time, unannounced. To check if the recruiment wave has started, keep an eye on the announcements above on their forum.

There are five main points you need to keep in mind when applying to the Rockstars Clan;

1. Player has no problems with 90% of community...
2. Player never cheated...
3. Player respects the rules (acting by rules)...
4. Player is doing some part of work on Argonath...
5. Player is a regular Argonath member...

How long do you play RPG in MTA: I have played it since i got MTA which was about 6 months ago, i have played this server for about 1 month now probably started a week after it was established :alc:, I enjoy RPG as i dislike Deathmatching because it isn't controlled and it is nothing like real life it is also NOT entertaining at all. However i do like tracking down and killing criminals (when they refuse to surrender).

You guys always meet up and chat.
