ok, no software needed, dont waste your time going to google searcghing for 'youtube downloader' cuz its useless and they all cost.
this is how u download it, witht he Best quality!

get any youtube video u want, get the URL of it.

and add this to the end, 

&fmt=18

like this:

&fmt=18

This is totally Legit and does not break the rules of Youtube.

if you use this on Firefox, the video wont work, but will coem strait with download link.
IE7 will show video, but will have a Download button to the right of name.





Downloading the Video.
the video youd ownload is a high quality picture.
so it will need better perfrmance.
iether you have shitty grafix card
or you dont have DivX

Then save it, now goto a youtube video, click the book mark and look in the youtube video description box you will see a Download as Mp4 button right click and save target as, simple

That is for audio only though :O.

Axel's way works best, I've been using it regularly - it downloads the actual root file so its good quality, and also .mp4 file.

However, actually I want the music only if I like a song for example, even if it doesn't have CD quality.

Or download the .MP4 file and convert it into the PSP file.

see i cant find a converter that works right. however, i did have a converter but when i put the video file on my PSP it didnt play. i need some experience here people, some1 who knows alot about this.  :poke:
