WTH is that ban bug?

I get that bug all the time cant connect normal i like have to reconnect to my internet like 10 times do somebody know what is that bug and how to repair it?

If you have been banned from the server it would say
It could be a bug try rebooting your com and try a couple times.
You are banned from the server - Reason

It's a bug in SAMP and nothing we can do about it.  You have to re-try a couple times MAYBE restart your computer and try again if you've tried a wholleee lot of times you may have been route-blocked because you lived near a major ban-evader.  Make an unban request explaining your problem and that you think you may have been blocked and the main admins will check your IP to see if you got route-blocked on accident.
