  The Rates:

 I am very inexpensive, but for certain jobs it will cost more
 
 For a unknown civilian, 3k

 For a unknown cop, 5k

 For a known clvilian, 6k

 For a known cop, 8k

 any admin, 10k

rates also go up for who the person is, say RON its 25k or another important person

Apart from the place it is illegal to negotiate hitman contracts outside the server chat. The person that is killed should be aware there is a contract out.

yes I am doing it this way , if I have a contract out side I annoucne it over main chat like I have been doing like so, Hitman Contract confirmed  ID for 3000
