About the house situation, I investigated...

The area you own is that little area and not the carpark. The carpark is a public area, your area is private. The area which you are in has two garage doors. One of them has a spawn position of a car...so I guess it kinda claims ownership of it. The other door shows nothing.

However, I don't think it should be made as a house because it's a garage door, not a house door. I find it bad enough that one of the existing ENTRY points is a fire escape door!
