We open officially in a couple of days...there will be a LOT of changes!

Main change: apart from Giovanni (as he is the only member who stayed), all new members will start as a Z-Man and will have to prove their loyalty to us and must do a good job to get promoted. They must also show leadership skills if they want to take control of certain parts of the group...


ANYBODY who now applies will be checked over a period of around 5-7 days, unless they are known regular players in which case a decision can be made immediately.

Any complaints of deathmatching and other rulebreaks from members will be dealt with harshly. Expect to be warned/kicked from the group if you break rules...

What I've have noticed that you are just acccepting allmost every people that applies for this group / gang. Try to focus on each member individual and see what he can offer, and his skills. As I see the gang / group now as a Quarantiy allthough it should be a Quality

I actually know what you mean, which is why I have made some changes listed below.

OPEN AGAIN

The Zaibatsu Corporation has opened again. We have made a few changes:


EVERYONE who now joins us will start as Z-Man rank

Earning new ranks is very difficult now. You need to show loyalty, good roleplaying skills, leadership skills and must have the ability to take control of certain situations while taking orders from even higher ranks.

Applicants will not be accepted or denied immediately if they are new players. They will be observed for around 5-7 days at most just to check that they follow server rules and are good roleplayers. If a regular or well known player applies, a trial may not be needed and instead a decision can be made immediately.

Any members caught breaking server rules will be given a warning from myself or may even be kicked from the group if the rulebreak is serious. If a member gets multiple warnings, they may or may not be kicked, depending on the situation.

Members who do not take orders from higher ranking members will be warned

Any members caught using weapons which aren't on our list will be given a caution. Multiple cautions will result in a warning.

Any members NOT wearing a black or grey suit will be given a caution. Multiple cautions will result in a warning.

Any members doing business (either legal or illegal) with a vehicle not on our list will be given a caution. Multiple cautions will result in a warning.

The Z-Nomura rank can no longer accept/deny applicants. However, they can still lead them and make sure they do things correctly.

Players who believe they can join us, leave us and then come back to us without any problems will be shocked when they find that they need to apply again and their application will be treated like any other one...

If players leave at a high rank there is a very low chance that they get that rank back immediately if they return, especially if their reason for leaving is invalid
