Just so that everyone is clear with this, the reason Amare_69 is Z-Nomura Leader is that right before leaving (for whatever reason) he was Z-Nomura of Delta division, and he wanted that rank again. I also believed he should have that rank again, but then I thought that Seether should have it. Amare also couldn't make up his mind most of the time whether or not he was legal or illegal, so  I gave him a slightly less important rank - Z-Nomura Leader
