I agree with Salmonella.
Just think about it, if you join and quit many different clans, each time you will have to register a new account. Isn't it a bit unnecessary for a server to have multiple login details for the same person?
Also, when you want to transfer your items, it's quicker to do it yourself rather than bothering someone else.

just stop being lazy and transfer all the stuff yourself . It was your choice in the 1st place if you did chnage it

People start changing their nicks. They make typo while changing nick. They don't know their name. They ask Admin to check it from logs. Admin declines and says: It's ur problem. THAT stars a war. IF admin says Okay, I'll check it. They need to SEARCH it from logs. It can take 1 hour to find it from the logs. It's still just one command with other million command. THAT disturbs Admin, he gets mad, goes to server, ban everybody, loses Admin rights, leaves Argonath. I see ONLY one plus here: It will only save YOUR time, because you are so lazy, that "u have no time" to change ur money/drugs from account to other. I disagree with this idea.

I agree with you Kessu But one Problem I have The !Selldrugs The sell cmd does not workand the other one !senddrugs Is a bit Annoying You can only send 20 units Which i think is not fair

!selldrugs works only with DrugDealer skin. You need to have the drugs ur selling. You can't sell more than 20 units. Buyer can't have more than 20 units, otherwise he can't buy those drugs.

I could just make Changename Admin only, so players will have to ask an Admin to change nick.

Buy when it comes to Weed you have to flood the Server.And i think it is not fair that if someone to buy 300 weed unit that youcan only sell like 20

You can carry any Limit now... and sell any.
