Yes, it might be wiser if it was an admin command as the logs won't be flooded with multiple, unnecessary login details. Yes, I have transfered drugs from one account to another quite easily. Also another problem arises; what do you do when you want to transfer properties and vehicles?

I think it should be /c changename <newname> , Then Admins get a buzz like this : Player 1 wants to change his name into Player2, Accept or Decline
