Yes old account will be cleared.
Multiple accounts, i shall discuss this with Klaus & Dexter. 
Constant name change is a no no, you should only be changing for your Clan/Group Tag.

Erm. . I think of something.I Heard that in the new script you might get pay money for now registering.Since you would have to change the account would you have to get pay money too?And you would not be able to multiple of names.

Welcome money, hmz maybe not. All I see is more trouble from this. I've seen the trouble SA has with welcome money with all the bans from having multiple accounts..

Yes, the account will be available for other users, although just keep in mind that it will just be the nickname NOT the actual account itself, as long as people don't impersonate.
