I am quite desperate now, been trying for hours to set up router... i am trying to set it up by the guide given in CD which came with router but i just can not get it working. The signal is good and it shows on laptop that connection is good with PC but the problem is that as soon as i connect my modem with router my internet appears to have limited or no activity therefore i cant use internet on laptop AND PC. I have been trying to google for help but i haven't found a way to get this thing working. If anyone has expierenced something similiar and could give me some help i'd appreciate it a lot. If any more info is needed please ask. Also, my router is linksys wrt54gl.

Well, I would say Update the router and I had this problem before and all I had to do was Update the router and then Reset it to Factory Defaults.
Then It worked, So I would recommend updating it and make sure the update is not interrupted or your screwed!

Go here and download it from your Region on the globe shown at this website: http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite?c=L_CASupport_C1&childpagename=US%2FLayout&cid=1175238286492&pagename=Linksys%2FCommon%2FVisitorWrapper&lid=8649251863H27&displaypage=download
