The requirement was the server must be in top 50, good admins team, good scripts, etc... No, it is not paying rank...

I played for half an hour, got carjacked three times, and two times assaulted without reasons. And oh yeah, stalked by someone who wanted to get a ride in a PD car

It's an honour for Argonath to be in official list, but it's a pain in the *** for regulars. I don't mean new players aren't welcome, but Argonath ain't the type of server to get 20 new users every minute.

I agree Smey, its great to see new people enterring the argonath community but not on this way
 cause now everybody enters to try some hacks or to be a pain in the ass for people who like the server/regulars.

I can only come to the conclusion that the quantity counts and not the quality.. sorry but that is what it is

now that there should be more players coming into argonath, it means there can be more balance and structure as there may be larger number of the groups and gangs, and the economy might change in argonath as well..... i consider myself a newbie to this server and i understand wat its like coming into new a new server, its like coming into some1 elses turf, espcially considering argonath has such a close community, but all we can ask is that people show new players the ropes and be patient and kind... and ull get that back in return

more players is always good,
from the 5 new players there always is 1 great new RPer,
and personally i dont really mind new players,
i always help them,
thats why new players do respect me, while some vets dont

if i see on main chat a new player asking things, then i first wait for any to respond,
but in 99% of all cases nobody responds,
so then i always help him, and meanwhile teach him some rules of server and for being cop

and btw:
we havent all been noobs, some players inmediatly visited website for rules and all,
i am 1 of those ppl,
some ppl played single player a lot, so if those 2 things get combined you got a:
-none rulebreaker, and someone with some skills, which makes him not a noob,
and i am 1 of those guys, and i am sure some other ppl are like that too, with single player and learned rules directly,

we all have been NEWBS(thats no flaming btw), but not NOOBS

i just cant controll this. cause i am loving argonath it is my best server and when i smile about it my 2side of the lips go to my eyes. its just great news.
