New players = Refresh of Server...Don't you get tired of RPing with the same persons all the time? Give "newbies" some time, we as players must support admins in that matter, i know how it is to be an admin, believe me :) We work as a team, we get better results but complaining is no good for anyone...Makes us look bad while we should do our best to make the server a better place for all of us. Let Argonath shine people!

Yep, give it some weeks and it will be better!

But to achieve this, all professional players need to help! Show how to RP! Tell them what they should not do! etc etc.

Give the right example.  :)

The bulk of Araatus when it had the most players was formed completely from players whom we recruited off the server who were new and had found us through the official list. Before we went official the first time, Araatus could not recruit. The fact that we went official meant that I had some guys to train and recruit.

So official = good.
