I believe the black screen will automatically freeze and windows will say it does not work anymore if I am correct... Simply restarting the game would work
And well the mouse freezing... 2 solutions:
solution 1: when your mouse is frozen go to game menu and back, it should be fixed then most of the time (If you do not get a black screen.)
Solution 2(Not sure if it works): Do not alt tab out of the game without pressing escape, this will raise the chance of the mouse freeze and black screen.

No freeze yet, have to wait 48 more hours to know if it really has worked... have not anti virus on now because of the fix though
