Where did your name come from?

I was bored and couldn't think of a name, Hmm... we were doing "Macbeth" in english at school at the time, So I thought ahh..
Mercutio, then people started calling me Merc. I wanted a unique-ish name.

My name "Solidius" is made up of the clans I was previously a member of... SOL - Sons of Liberty ID - Idiotic Demonz I - IdIoTz US - United Soldiers

I combined them and I got "Solidius" which I think is fun to say :P

Cutter is the name of the lead character of the game, Outcast, released in 1999 by Atari games. If any of you have played it, I am sure you would agree with me that the gameplay is real advanced for that time. And it has been my most favourite game of all time since then
Full name of the character is Cutter Slade :P

The name "JDC" comes from the initials of my name in real life, [HAHA you really thought I'd give you my RL name didnt you?]. I was using 'JDCdesigns' before, a name I made for myself when I dreamed of making 1337 map mods.

Challenger comes from my favorite car Dodge Challenger 69' and on another side it's symbolic for the space shuttle Challenger.Because of a malfunction the shuttle crashed after the launch and the crew didn't survived and so in the name of all crew members i decided to use this name so we can remember them as 7 heroes who wanted to conquer the last frontier:space

I think it's the best variation. Even number of digits and letters, in a regular pattern (digit-letter-digit-letter).

When I got an Internet connection for the first time (november '06), I've learned what's 1337-speak. So I made up my nick without previously knowing about 1337-speak, so I guess the 1337 is inside me :P
