laptop problem [GTA SA]

guys, my laptop can't load the gta samp, i don't kow if it is the gta got problem or my laptop.

This laptop is my father's company stuff, which is quite old.
it got 2 gb ram , and also 591 hz......

is that fitted the GTA basic requirement?

Processor - 1.60ghz
RAM - 2gb
Graphic Card - it called display adpator-anti mobility radeon 7500

Found The Problem, Charz Laptop had 32MB of Video Card Memory. Which resulted into a crash. GTA:San Andreas requires atleast 64MB Of Video Memory.
