already gone through all the SA:MP forum and could not get an answer, i have some things i wanna try so i will try them first.

just to let u guys know that this is still happening, samp is fixed, only problem i have now is my lag, once that is fixed we are good to go

Change your sa settings, turn Anti Alias off it helped me to get rid of lag

When this gets started, could the whole race be divided in two ping classes? So Low-pingers and high-pingers will race separately, would prevent some lag-ramming (at least for the low-pingers).
