Well it turned out after Haldir investigated that it was not a hack, just a massive script crash caused by somebody which triggered a timed crash on everyone who then entered the server...if that makes sense.

He did a command check and found unusual results which I will NOT be saying here.

Conclusion: weird hacker

Like I said: there are no actual hackers attacking. Someone placed a script of some sort which automatically tricks the server into kicking for invalid names or other errors which are all incorrect.
