The server restarted twice within 3 seconds. With the admins who can start the server, that is impossible unless two people push the button at nearly the same time, or the server was restarted when already restarting.
When you have two servers running at the same IP and port, the result is chaos. Sauron fixed it early in the morning, and checked his tools for any sign of hacks. Found none.
