Should Argonath RPG have a GTAU:MP server?

By this time, we would be able to play GTAIV in multiplayer and maybe even the new game, which will be a roleplay GAME, not a server, will be relased... Which would you prefer to play?

I was not talking about setting the server ... I was talking about RPG scripting...
As about map mod, as I thought at first place its just two cities, then someone told me its SA, VC and LC... If its just two cities then it makes it less in my eyes at all...

I am not against they develop this mod, why not, let them develop...
But what about our own developing, I said - better I will develop new game and GTA IV when its out... VC and SA in 4 types of it - is enough...

And between developing Argonath on the next SA modification or developing the new game and GTA IV community for Argonath I choose second... This is my personal opinion... Based on what is worth of wasting my time and what is not...

The new things always attract attention, I understand... But practice shows, some limits of its interest... First days all are wow, after one-two months they already forget about it... Then it becomes boring...

Let me make a very un ordinary situation.

10 MP mods appear for vc sa and lc, is it  neccesary then to waste rescources into it all? No. Pick the best ones, and that's already done. 4 mp mods (2 Vc and 2 Sa) is more than enough.

That's my opinion until I get convinced that GTAU thingy is really worth to play on and waste my free-time on.

A community with Andre as developer = fail.
A community with Andre as developer and Argonath as server = double fail and embarassment for our community.
Conclusion? Argonath + GTA:U = fail.

Well lets see the player numbers.

GTAU:MP  - 3 players on all servers
MTA:VC - 3 players on Argonath
VC:MP - 50 players on all servers
MTA:SA - there is an error in game monitor atm.
SA:MP - 5204 players

I will check later today when it is peak time, but it seems that there are not enough players on GTAU to fill one server.

Well, there arent that many servers on GTAU:MP atm and they are all DM or Race and people have gotten bored of it... news of a new server would boost overall players i think and a new gamemode would be even more exciting.

To your note, DM will be always more popular then RPG... And if people got bored on DM mode hardly they will be happy on RPG mode... DM has minimum rules and does not need to learn the gaming... Amount of DM players is always much higher then amount of RPers...

I think Gandy is rite! In my country the GTA 4 PC version will come out at christmas so i think GTA 4 is my option (better graphics, engine, physics) nicer and more realistic city...and i think maybe they will make a mod for it anyway GTA 4 will be good even without mods for cities.

Well. San Andreas players can discover Vice City in a way without buying Vice City.
I dont have the mod myself. But i think i gonna try it out.

Yes that is his opinion. John please dont post unless you actually read the first 2 pages of stuff. It doesnt look like this wont happen or wont happen soon. and its not as easy as it looks. Its a waste of time and when people think GTA:U is such a wonderful thing and such.....who cares.....go play it but in the end its not your decisions, nor is it a voting decision if the Argo devs will put up a server there or not.

2- Maybe not THAT Easy as it looks, But For me it is easy to set up a GTA:U MP Server and scripting for it... Actually, I'm making a GTA:U MP Server... You say it is not easy, Because RON Said it or Because you really have no idea to even script a /me command? This is very inmature from you, Starting to hate and dont try GTA:U MP Because Andre is a part of dev team... The Game is still Awesome...

For you all, GTA:U With GTA:U MP, GTA United (GTA:U) Is the singleplayer mod for GTA SA, Made by a German community, The Multiplayer version was made by Kyeman and DragSta, Andre just makes a very small part of the dev team.

No matter which part Andre makes of the Team, Still there's no reason to discrimine it...

I don't see a reason why GTA:U MP Should be Epic Fail because of him... Who knows, That Actually he can make GTA:U MP A very popular and succesful GTA Multiplayer community, Like SAMP is?

The modded SA:MP client is to decrease crashes. The game also works on normal SA:MP Client.
