Its more than likely a fault in his VCMP. You Should try banning him and then un-banning him thats what happened on another server and worked :D

If the player ]Re.dPsycho shows to not be interested in an unban and not posting it, the topic will be locked.

What JL said is true, if he is interested in being unbanned he will bother to contact one of the admins
