I am opening my own small buisness that gives actual donations to players who are hosting events, and hopefully i can get donations for lvl 6's too so i can give bigger donations!!!

Warning: if i find out you are using this donation money for your own reasons you will / may be sued and will be punished by lvl 6 admins if it is really found you used donation money for yourself.  Now,

application for the donation:

Name of event:
How much you would like sponsored (10k-50k):
Are you able to pay a fee of 500$ for the donation? (yes it's not all free):
Why the donation is needed? (must be valid):
Do you agree to also advertise what buisness the donation / sponsor came from? (If you do not you can possible be sued for a small amount!)
