Yeah, because its only for ADSL, and im on WiMAX which does not have QOS packages, so that tweaking is useless for me..

People because of some restrictions of ADSL, it doesnt utilive full net bandwith givven, 20% are in case ur isp call when in need, other types)cable wireless) dont have this reserve, so if ur connetion is not ADSL ths wont give any results(or worse), gain from this is max 15~20% i got mine from 49 kb/s to 53 kb/s(example)

Once again This works Only on ADSL

It only works on ONE XP version...
If I remember right it only works on xp pro...

yes for professionaland if u have the version of windows ue it works to..
remember u have to do some stuff with the file, it was change the name... maybe is that, u have the file what u didnt change the name, how in instruccins says.
