C++ error?

Ok Every time i try to connect to a server through SAMP it gives me this error


The Error is

Ive reinstalled SA and SAMP
im not sure what else to do

Try this -

Install it

Make a new account on windows

Reboot

Try playing SA-MP on the new account.

I know for a fact, He said he didn't want my help...

The Solution is Making another account for windows XP and it should work on that new account..

so after a extended period of time....
i finally got around to reading this.....
i tryed that method, and well....lets say it crashed my laptop....

dark do you have enb series mod? if yes remove it and try,

remove all mods

lastly remove gta.set from my documents and run then

They gave example with Office, but I suppose its with other programs too..
