HTML scripting problem

hey, i have been scripting some PHP and HTML codes, making some changes, editing it. when i started making edits to a HTML code which my uncle (who is teaching me scripting) it wont save the changes, i saved it, and it wont show the changes ive made, it stayed the same, my uncle has gone home,so he cant help me atm, so what is it? please help  :help:

You have got a long way to go if you dint even knew you had to refresh dude.
Next time use CTRL+F5 it refreshs the cache of your browser for that site therefore making it download  anew one
