The problems was that we had a snitch in the gang.. but he is kicked from gang. and why we do that to cops is becoz they still keep follow us.. but we is not out for gang war so Flame Removed

Let me point out the obvious, in case you dont know:

-[ESF] is a gang. Gangs do crimes. Crimes attract cops.
-[ESF] is a gang. Gangs have gangsters for members. Gangster meetings can bring about Code Purples.

First you tell ARPD to f**k off (ARPD is a hell of a lot better organized and has lots of more experienced people in it than those in [ESF], it even has people more experienced than me and you), now you tell me to f**k off. Wow. some RPing gangster you are.

And still you did not answer my question: if you screen people if they are good Rpers or if you recruit ANYONE who applies, even if they be a crazy hobo with a cardboard box on his head.

But I wont need an answer to that question now, since your attitude just gave me a big fat "YES" in my face.

To be honest, you're not a good leader. Telling cops to f**k off for doing their job and telling good RPers to f**k off for asking questions in your topic is just... well... immature.
