The 6th Battalion, Army Reserves where formed 17th October, 2008 with the purpose to allow citizens the chance to serve their country and maintain a strong home life, the 6th Battalion, run by Captain James Hunter is tasked to set up Alpha Company, trained Riflemen of the State of Argonath, our mission statement follows that of the British Marines ''Per Mare, Per Terram'', which means By Sea, By Land - for the simple task that the 6th Battalion has been tasked with the preperation and training of soldiers to patrol the Oceans, Rivers, Deserts and other perquliar terrain for the purpose to prevent drug trafficing and be on stand-by for Civil Disorder engagements.

Joining the Army Reserves is a commitment to not only yourself and the army, but all those around you. Should you fail to perform your duty you will be responsible for deaths of those you protect and fight along side. The Army Reserves recruitment office is located in Blue Berry, when in Office gates will be open and vehicles on display, feel free to come inside and ask questions or sign up at any time.

Enlisting into the Army Reserves takes three simple steps, follow them note to note and ensure that you read the terms & conditions of service before you sign up and you will be undertaking basic training very soon along the brave men and women of the 6th Battalion, Army Reserves. Applications are to be filled in and sent off in which they will be checked over and passed or denied by the Administration Officers who will then invite you for an interview with a Recruitment Officer, all ranks are subject to salary and bonuses.


Terms of Service
Basic Training takes place two weekends every month and Wednesday nights are service nights in which you are to attend to base camp to carry out duties, other nights of service are not compulsary and will not be payed. By applying to the Army Reserves you agree to the Armys rank structure and will obay all orders given by superiors and address them accordingly, you are subject to call-out any time after basic training and hold the right to leave the Army Reserves at any time unless called up, the Army contracts soldiers for 12 Years, should application be succsesfull you will be invited to an interview and then RSD in which you will be tested mentally and physically, completion of RSD allows basic training to be undertaken.

Manages the Battalion

Lefttenant - $30,000
Manages assigned sections, elegable to lead specialist branches

Second lefttenant - $23,000
Admin Officer/Recruitment Officer - $27,000
Manages assigned sections, ability to become RO and AO

Warrent Officer 1 (QSM) - $20,000
Manages all Kit and Vehicles, ensures when we intend to patrol, we have vehicles, etc.

Warrent Officer 2 (RSM) - $17,000
Manages Drill Training and ensures discipline is maintained, also performs tests.

Colour Sergeant - $15,000
Ensures signallers perform duties and tasks, manages skill at arms tests.

Sergeant - $12,500
Physical Training Instructor (PTI) - $13,000
Leads squads, teaches individual squad lessons. PTI's lead the Coy on physical assessments, tests and training.

Corporal - $10,000
Lectures, XO in Squads and can be assigned to lead any given task.

Lance Corporal - $8,000
Training to become an eXecutive Officer (XO), can be assigned to lead any given task.

Private - $7,000
Forms the backbone of the 6th Battalion, long term soldiers or dedicated can achieve pay of upto $11,500.

Why form this - I enjoy the Army extremely and am currently serving, during dull moments and spare time, its fun to lead and teach others who are considering the same.
Tags - The tag [6thBt] must be used, but only when on duty, it can be removed whilst off duty and not participating with the Army Reserves, clan tags can be kept if they fit in, but im sure no clan leader will mind if you temporarily take them down for training or duty.
