mmk you got a picture of cj used the retagular select tool or the line one to get a small part of imagecopied it to a new layer then done ctrl t and streched it across, then used some scatter brushes and added glow and then put your text on and also added the glow and you also used a gradient:P well thats how i would do it to get what you got:) skill wise thats 8/10 but i just dont like the text colour tbh
