The background looks interesting, but you have to improve the text, it looks too simple.
Perhaps change the colour of the long text, add some effects and make the "Haldir" text a bit smaller.
Change the opacity of scanlines of the two people.

IMO, you should put the text layers on top of all layers and not below the brushes.
