This is legal if both agree to trade and no scam is involved, Rapidshare can be used to host important buisness shizzle so it is legal and by code he mean like you can buy a month in a code for those who dont have credit cards and you enter it into the marketplace/redeem code

Argonath Forums is not a place where you can trade things like xbox live codes. Perhaps msn would be a better place for this, as a code would cost you real cash in real life, and you are not actually paying for one yourself, which makes it illegal. Rapidshare/xboxlive could both sue you, if they found out, in addition to other people who have been victims of copyright infringement.
