After viewing Jaaskaa's profile on FBI Forums, on the list of his posts it says he should be back sometime within the month.
 

As of today, after discussion with Matute, I am now the Kolta MTA:VC Leader. The next time I get to a PC, applications system for MTA:VC players will be organized.
