Well chill acts in this forum as his name promises, like when I read name chill my first impression is that the guy is most-likely sympathizing. Well actually that is how I see most of the Scandinavian people though. Chill is also inspiring because I've seen that Dexter is trying to be more like chill in MSN as he does say on his text that he is chilling [trying to be chill]
