Legend is a really good RPer, let him be an officer, taxi driver, paramedic or hitman, you can expect good roleplay.
A few positive things which should be mentioned are that he doesn't hop around like a bunny (Chases / Random situations), he doesn't take out his weapons from his ass, no meta-/ powergaming.
I haven't played with him that much to give him 10 points, but who knows, how the whole situation will be in a few days. ;)

Future:

Already rated, stalking, DMing asslicking and other crap won't let you join us.
You wastedyour chance when you DMed a group of 5-7 people.
