Bug? - /wire, /duty

hey guys,

I got this bug long long time ago, but wasn't care about it
but it's really annoying

First: /wire [ID] [Amount] saying You don't have enough to send that, but I have the cash on my hand
and: /duty at LSPD, I have to reduty twice, coz I always got the normal blue name at the first duty, but got the officer uniform

1. It ain't no bug, to do /wire you must have the money in your bank, not in hand ... trying doing /deposit near ATM and then /wire.

2. If you are on police duty already and want to take your uniform, first go off duty and then on duty again, you will have it all.
