Hi i am silver_caponeT i would like to reborn the mafia Capone i was a member of it and befor i was accepted as a full member it got shut down becuase from what i heard the leader left i tryed contacting the members and leader for about a month or 2 now and no answer i also have not seen any 1 but me wearing this mafia name so i would like to have the clan protection and leader rights for me to bring members in i would also like it to be protected so no 1 can join without permission i heard a lvl 5+ admin can help i can make a web-site for it and forums i have a idea of the rules and if i get rights i will make a tread for recuiting with rules there

You could maybe ask the old leader of permission to reopen it, and then make the topic and ask for clan protection .

PM the old owner and ask for permission to open it.
Then you ask Legolas, Gimli or Meriadoc for tag protection

i already tried contacting the old leader for 4 months i evan tryed some of the members the can protection is on it but i want the leader rights so i can change my name bring in new people i contacted and no answer
