some things i noticed on other movie servers - which could be usefull here too

-World selection
-Posibility to creat objects - mapping ( posiblity to save your map - when needed it could load )
-Posibility to tune cars ( every car )
-Select car colours - like we have /paintcar and /carpaint and /paintjob ( wider selection of colours )

As many animations as possible, a "vehicle select" and "skin select" instead of just typing the ID of the skin or car, a good car color system (/paintcar /carpaint /carcolor etc.) and ability for anyone and everyone to use the commands.

I think that there is only MTA movie server, not SA MP and it's listed in "Servers" forum.

aaaand there should be a anti spam system ( e.g. if someone does /v to spawn a car he can spam abuse it to spam too much cars ... that should be avoided
