Depends of what kind of program you wanna make...If just music without anything else - it is 1 second to make...
If special music program - it can take minimum one day from you to put all files in list correct...
If special program with interviews or news - depends of what sort is...

Interviews u can make from teamspeak I think and from MSN voice chat...
Better ask DJs...

Country:i live in Sweden but i come from Romania and Finnish.
Skills: Ive been playing DJ Winamp quite half year or so, i had about 10-15 lisstener per day but in the holidays and such i had 20-30 record was somewhere about 49 or something.

+ I lissten to costumers and choose what kind of music they really want i can sometimes put up votes.

Well, there, you can check THE NEW RADIO FORUMS, please, register, and enjoy them, you can PM requests and shoutouts, etc.

Also, you can check the profiles of all the radio DJs, and other cool info too. There is also the place to apply for radio admin jobs, please note, it will take a while to go through all the applications, but go there, and PM me an application.
