[LVA] Las Venturas Aztecas

  The Las Azteca Family has returned, under new ownership. [ALS] have been given the rights to re-introduce [LVA] to once again role the streets of San Andreas.

  Recently [ALS] have been having much interest from players wanting to get into the business - however we are a company of close associates. After retracing his routes, [ALS]dan_lcfc found he was in fact destined to become an Azteca and is reviving the family back onto the streets.
 

New Ownership!

  As an [LVA] member you benifit from [ALS] support- including legal support, cheaper limo rates, [ALS]allies support and as a member are relied upon by [ALS] for payed work and trusted with business issues. However some gang related issues are expected to be (financially) self supportive)

  All [LVA] members are allowed to use the [ALS]dan_lcfc limo in Las Venturas.


Appearance ]

YOU DONT HAVE TO BE AZTECA to be [LVA]! I'm sure many civilians and police everywhere have Azteca traces, it is up to you to decide!  However if being gangmember be Azteca, because it then gets stupido! 
 
Eg dan_lcfc the limo driver may have a relationship with an Azteca woman? Why not? This is RP!
 


Members and ranking system

News: Looking for drivers, non contract/ ex hitmen, armed escorts, ex gangmembers, newbies to show them the ropes, all took in under the expanding wing of LVA!
Sub- Leaders: Natural leaders respected by players and members, V. good RPers

  Member (rank I): Skilled players with leadership qualities and completely loyal to the gang
  Member (rank II): Skilled players that can RP well and respect leaders
  Member (rank III): Accepted members that show loyalty towards higher ranks and leaders

-note- all members should respect the rules of argonath and Never Dm.

  Player in training/ test period: Members accepted into LVA will be watched by [ALS] and aliies to assess how the player responds, and how the player generally works with and for the family. A reference provided from regulars if you are new would help, however regulars should fly through these stages.

 1*Basic knowledge of server rules (license and passport)...
However if not you have to pay $30,000 - (this does not count as contribution) and we will accept you.
 2*Friendly terms with the MRA
 3*To be a decent RPer
 4*To know what 2 & 3 actually mean xD
 5*To be somewhat reliable and active on the server! (Not banned, not dmer, not abuser)

If you pass all of these- APPLY! We need players like you!
 




Terms and rules

1. Respect ALL of Argonath rules. To apply player must be a citizen and have drivers license to show basic understandings of how it all works.

2. Members must never dm- this is very important. If a player has obtained numerous reports of dming/ abuse from regulars they will be kicked from the group immediatly, given that there is sufficient evidence. If a member is to be accused of something, and we feel there is not enough evidence-  [ALS] & [LVA]leaders will give full legal support. For this trouble a small fine may be incurred depending on circumstances.

3. Members should always respect leaders and obey any commands. Leaders will never order anything that is not considered roleplay, and although it may be on a need to know bases, a reason should always be ordered afterwards to prevent misunderstandings.

4. Although not necassary, cash contributions to [ALS] will provide extensive support, further discounts and may help in the advancements through the ranks (depending on the amounts). 

5. Members are not required to have the [LVA]tag however it is recommended.

6. All new players are required to take an initialisation test and possibly a very small exam

No we do not have a territory. However we have ideas for v0.2 of where to locate [ALS] Business HQ and locations for [LVA] to set up

I am here to get the [LVA] back to its former glory and maybe even higher than it originally was!!

If any gang want to become an ally with the [LVA] then please don't hesitate to PM me.

Anyone wanting to enrole in the [LVA] then post on this thread and I will take you through an interview which will test your nerve, strength and stamina. If you are not up to it then people, please don't apply. Not for those with weak constitutions.

Only joking, please don't take it seriously. There will be an interview though (nothing too dangerous though) to make sure that you do not DM (only for players who I have not seen too much of.) Players who I know are good rpers then they will not have an interview.

  Welcome back Lloyd_Banks. You are promoted (and reinstated) CO-Leader with dan_lcfc at your side representing [ALS]. Because of your experience and skills, do not heisitate to recruite people. Although [ALS] would like to test them at the weekends 

   Also, new and old players- we will show the new how to play and inturn will gain the respect of others, and give any regulars that join the chance to lead inexperienced members up the ranks and gain further power!

I can confirm this, lloyd took over, winning the members by claiming he would buy EVERY one a house on their "Turf"

  Ok Nikoli, it is not Lloyd_Banks fault. I thought he was the founder as he created the original thread etc and you are not knew you were in LVA - so i apologise for that. However this is not a flame thread, so please no sarcasm. I will rectify the credits if clean up:

  Just to let you know, it is not run as it was previously, and as the founder (and probably leader) you should have sorted this out instead of leaving. We run things differently and will simplyt not accept dming- and corruptness? Of course all gangs are corrupt, or else they would be normal civilians! 

  Finally, thanks for your confirmation John, however please remove the flame/ comments about Lloyd, i think he has is own thread for that, and it is not this one  .

  Ps.  Nikoli, apart from the name, this gang will be different and we have plans to get it more involving- however we wait for v0.2 and when exams are past. And of course we always welcome veteran players back
