At Stracci's topic, Satriani is an enemy, not ally. But, possibly NitrOx didn't have time for updade the topic.
There is something that I didn't expected. Stracci as ally. I already got a SHOT becouse of the opposition of Satriani against Stracci a few days a go (almost a month).

I don't thinks so that you can own this HQ, cuz SATP got this HQ nearly the WHOLE Time think eddie had to sell it for new int (yuz no City hall int are allowed) And so Joe bought it cuz it was unowned.
I think it will be changed again. No chance to own it i think.

I'm sorry, but I didn't find any "SATP" at ARPD website.

I don't know anything about your story but, Joe paid for it, it was unowned, so there's no reason for change the owner. If SATP didn't wanted to another person (someone who isn't a SATP member) to buy it, they should puted someone else as owner till when they be able to re-buy. But leting unowned like that its almost "ask" to anyone else buy it. :P
