Argonath SA:MP changed to 0.2X

As testing showed no problems, Argonath has changed to SA:MP 0.2X version.
This means that all players have to download the new 0.2X client.

There is no change in scripts, but the new version offers better networking security.

Good update so far, haven't crashed even once since I logged in this morning. =D

Only bad thing is, that it won't work with ENBSeries mod... yet.

The 0.2X makes me lagg a lot however the ping is okay , but the graphics fail ! i used to use R2 , i used to crash but its better than lagging at all the time
