Copy the files that doesnt have mods, to your sa folder. If you installed it with SAMI, then just remove it, If you have it in a folder, then delete file or move it somewhere where it doesnt affect the game( Just remove from this folder, Its not needed to remove it from ur computer), then try to play again

Copland = A Total Conversion..
It changes almost everything in the game..
So in multyplayer you can`t play,  Because of the Total Conversion mod.
So or remove the mod.. Or reinstall your GTA.
