Are aliens trying to contact us ?

If you visit that website you will gonna see 3 bands and 3 radio spectrums.Every signal appears on the spectrum,digital or analog signal.

So...yesterday i was listening to some radio conversations and was sniffing at some digital transmissions.Suddenly a strange noise comes in,no digital or analog that i can identify.
While i was looking at the radio spectrum i just got amazed of what i have seen.I immediately contacted a friend on messenger ( amateur radio too ) and i asked him to tell me if he is seeing the same thing,and the answer was yes.
So this is what i have seen.
I don't know if someone likes to play jokes,and i hope nobody is behind this.

we might be aliens to them. we havnt met any 'aliens' because we are soo far out of other galexies and are unreachable.
if one galexy has one planet that habitates life (ours) and there are about a 100 million other galexies. the chanses are pretty massive there are other living beings out their
