adobe problems

when i go to sites which uses adobe i get faults in it, that adobe flash player 10 cant run it,
how can i solve this problems so i can just watch those sites?

Uninstall this adobe reader and install just Adobe Reader 7 or 8

and get the latest version of flash

i downloaded adobe 7, and new flash player,
but still the same

a script in movie makes adobe flashplayer 10 run slowly,
do you wanna abort scripts? yes or no
if do no it will end it anyway too
