i know very little about that program because i used to have it hated and gave it to 1 of my friend try reinstalling SAMP then when you open it i should ask you 2-3 times do you trust this bla bla bla

Was any of his attemts to start SAMP successful?

Do you have any other firewalls working? Windows Firewall, GhostWall??
Does any other internet game(MTA:SA, MTAVC or something) works or not?

My mate had the same problems and kaspersky however its called. He just bought a new laptop lol :d

click on trusted zone and add all these: samp.exe; gtasa.exe; samp.sa; samp.dll

Janar - Yes, MTA SA works for me.
About firewalls - as I said, I'm newcommer  into soft-hard-ware world.

To cDa - I added thoose files into Threats and Exclusions as Exclusion masks. Just an question: What to write to the Threat Type? Because now, there is only a star, and nothing happens to my SAMP

Shouldnt you add them under "trusted applications" ?



Try butting them there and delete them from exclusions and see if it helped! (if you can)



I dont really have experience with kaspersky so cant really help you

Toggle off the AV while your installing - then move it to trusted blah blah

I'm able to add only .exe files into 'Trusted Applications'. Wash, you are suggesting me to turn off Kaspersky while installing samp  :wow:?

Try adding samp.exe and gta_sa.exe to trusted zone.

You might need to disable Proactive Defense and reboot before you can connect to a server.

Samp.exe and gta_sa.exe is already in both of trusted zone sides (in Exclusions and Applications). How to understand - to reboot ? To restart :o?
