"You're banned from this server" when I'm not? :S

Getting that bug called "You're banned from this server". Does anyone know how to fix it? Recently been unbanned and It's quite annoying

1) Try to connect a couple of times (20-30 times).
2) Write PM to Gandalf, maybe your IP is route blocked.

Agent told me when i was banned wrongly then unbaned to reboot(restart) my comp and it worked
