Argonath RPG VC:MP Lottery System

How can I participate it?
You need to go to the North Point Mall in Northern Vice Point. As soon as you arrive, walk inside it and approach the information booth's. Make sure you have 100$ in your pocket. Once you have 100$, type !buyticket <1-25>, and then you acquire your ticket.
Keep in mind that once you buy a ticket with a valid number (1 to 25), you can not buy another ticket until the current lottery draw starts.

How can I check my ticket's number?
If you already bought a ticket, type !checkticket to see the number of your ticket.

How can I check the jackpot?
You can type !jackpot anytime, anywhere, to see the current amount of the jackpot.
Keep in mind that, if, at the lottery draw, if no one wins, the jackpot keeps the same and rising, untill someone wins in one of the lottery draws.

When does a lottery draw happen?
Every day, automatically, at 8:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. (sever time, which can be checked by !time command).
Be aware that the lottery can be turned not-working by administration.

How does the jackpot rise?
Every ticket that is bought adds 100$ to the jackpot.

I think the lottery should be rising more so more people will buy a ticket. And then maybe higher ticket prices couse you earn 500$ each kill with cop job.

The average jackpot is like $1,500 :conf:
This puts people off as they think whats the point for $1,500
I think it should be made to like 50k, ofc this means less lotterys
but each one will be taken more seriously

That would be great, but I think to make lotteries more frequent, we should have the lottery system to start off with a big amount (only when there is a certain amount of people participating) and the jackpot should be the starting money + the money from the lottery tickets. This should make the lotteries much more popular.
