The road from Flint through the tunnel isn't that long. But I fall down from the cliffs there . Maybe it would work if there were 2 groups - LS and SF. E.G LSPD can't patrol in SF and SFPD can't patrol in LS (but they can still pursuit or visit)

Last time I checked, only like 3 people were actually in SF.... So once more people start going, I wil consider it. I dont want to be the only one there. Like we should have all one big event to where 30 people go to SF to live, all at one time.
