[FIXED] Problem with MTA:SA gamespeed...

Hi,

3 months ago I was facing a problem with GTA:VC and GTA:SA gamespeed... Someone showed me to go in task manager, find gta_sa/gta-vc and change the afinity by unticking 1 of the 2 CPU boxes... Well it solved, that makes the gamespeed normal, but now I can't do that with MTA:SA, I open task manager, right click on gta_sa and then "Define afinity"... But then it says "The operation couldn't be concluded, access denied."

Is there any other way to fix this problem?  :help:

At the moment, when this happens, the way I fix it is, I restart the computer and then just start the internet and MTA:SA... The gamespeed is normal then but some time later it starts going fast again...

Hmm. You are logged in as Administrator on your Computer? Because Access cannot be Denied if you are Administrator on your own computer.

Yes, I'm always using my computer in the computer administrator account. I don't think it's related to that.

I always use the administrator account, and I can change the afinity of SA (when SAMP and single player) and VC (at all).

Try ending unneeded processes while playing.

Actually, the gamespeed increases and goes faster... Like when you use the fast gameplay cheat in single player... But I don't use any cheats.

It's not lag, the gamespeed goes fast a lot.

I guess you should send a private message or email to the MTA:SA developers on their support forums...

If you got dual core AMD processor,then download optimiser for it.Its the common problem for dual core processors,especially for AMD Athlons.
