I was thinking that citizens should be able to join radio channels like cops can do, for private chats in conferences
it would help organised crime when, more than 2 criminals are invloved

Player1 : /c tune xx.xx
pm>> You have tuned your walkie-talkie to xx.xx MHz

once the frequency is set, the player can invite others to xx.xx by telling them the tuning frequency

Player2 : /c tune xx.xx
Player2 : /c t hi
pm>> [Radio Channel xx.xx]Player2 says: hi, over.

I dont know exactly which frequency range is used for walkie-talkie, lets make it 40.00 MHz to 88.00MHz
so the value of xx.xx should be between 40 to 88 (upto 2 decimal places)

Commands:
/c tune <xx.xx>          to tune frequency(join/create channel on xx.xx)
/c t <msg>                to talk on joined/created channel

They have in SA:MP /cb to talk in radio ( joinchannel 1/10000 to join a channel ) Anyways i support this. I made this idea earlier

It's a good idea but it should be like clans protection, channels could be added by community leaders to avoid new players to join channels to flame admins or something.

anyways xx.xx can hold 5000 different values, of course no-one can guess what frequency you are using.

clan protection will be good to include , some specefic frequency value could be allotted to a clan.
